Do you ever feeled overwhelmed?

We all do. Sometimes we get so focused on what's right in front of us that we forget to take a bird's eye view. When you begin to feel overwhelmed, take a step back, take a deep breath, and try to see the big picture. What is happening at the moment in time is not the end of the world, but it can be a joy killer and bring our spirits and health down if we let it.

Remember, we can't always control what is happening around us, but we can control our actions and reactions. We can decide to take a step back and look at the big picture, re-evaluate, make adjustments and proceed further. A simple adjustment is much better than a nervous breakdown. Even simply taking a 10 minute breather can make a big difference. So next time you feel overwhelmed, step back, take a deep breath and take a bird's eye view!
